Ram problem ( restarting pc ) eu/us ram

my friend have some problems with ram. he have 4x8gb ram us viper and when he install it pc restarts and when it start up he get blue screen. but when he puts eu viper ram all works ok... any one know what is problem ?

 

PS: ram speed is 1600

some of the ram is probably bad

with all us 4x8gb he gets restarts and blue screen and with 1x8gb ( all 32 gb )

what motherboard do you have?

your friend most likly either has a dead or almost dead stick

 

best way to find out is to run memtest

you have to run it one stick at a time and burn memtest onto a disk and then boot it in dos

I dont think ram is region locked?
