Thermal paste fell onto GPU

This unfortunately happened, thermal paste fell onto 3080 core. This is after going through about an hour of cleaning it up with IPA and cotton swabs/cotton balls. I cannot get anymore of it off, looking for suggestions to get the paste out of these tiny gaps....

IPA+Soft tooth brush. Dont apply too much pressure and take your time.

No there was excess on the tip of the syringe as I went to put it to the side, and it fell on my GPU next to me sadly.

Most of the common pastes are non conductive and wouldn't cause issue other than looking like trash.
