Pre-Build or laptop 1200€ budget

Budget (including currency): €1200 with monitor, mouse and keyboard

Country: Italy

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Overwatch, R6, Valorant, LOL and if possible a singleplayer like Cyberpunk. I aim for 1080p 144hz in competitive games

Other details:
I would prefer a pre-built (because of upgradability and i don't need portability) but as far as I can see prices in Italy are way too inflated for such builds and with how many variables there are with laptops I don't know what to look for, any suggestion?
If you mind looking on italian sites for prices you can also say the name of a system you know is good and i'll research further. thank you.
