Arcing sound from pc?

So I would hear something like electrical arcing sound from my pc. Im currently dual booting hackintosh and windows. When its on Windows it would be randomly while on hackintosh it would be anytime i do something like playing a video or scrolling through webpages. Could it be a faulty motherboard?

• CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
• Cooler: Noctua DH15S
• Motherboard: Aorus B450 Pro Wifi
• GPU: Red Devil 5700xt
• RAM: 4x8gb Trident Z Neo 3600mhz CL 18
• SSD: 2 980 Evo m.2

it would be very dangerous for the mobo if you heard an arcing sound coming from it.

my suggestion is to pinpoint where the arcing sound came from and try to smell if there are burning parts.

Idk how to explain it. Its like a ticking sound. I tried to see if i would see anything light up at night saw nothing. No burnt smells
