An CPU that can overclock with a B series motherboard chipset, unless you want higher out of the box speed get an non-k version.

550watt Gold rated PSU is enough to power this system, unless you want to be "future proof" the one you picked is fine.

 

A pre-built might be cheaper, because of current GPU price, 1660 super have a $230 MSRP.

No point in spending extra money for a unlocked processor (9600K) when your motherboard is a B365M as Intel requires it to be a Z or X series motherboard to support overclocking. A different case that is not a H510 would be better for airflow as this case is restrictive. Did you think about going AMD such as a Ryzen 5 3600 and B450 motherboard?

Why would you get a 9600k? A 11400 would be cheaper and better value if you're not overclocking. Here is a revised parts list. Also, I DO NOT recommend paying 650 for a 1660 super, but if you must build the system now, it will work. I assume you plan on a gpu upgrade. otherwise there is no reason to get a 750 watt psu for this. A 600 watt would be fine.
