Do all gpus with dvi output support dvi-d?

Yes. It has DVI-D Dual-link (at least from what I can tell) so with a DVI-D dual-link cable and a monitor that supports 1080p144 over DVI, you can run it.

I have a radeon hd 6670 2gb and I was wondering if it is able to output a dvi-d signal at 1080p/144hz.
