Will Gpu pice connector be worn out by repeatedly plugging in and out?

I deep clean my pc every month.

I would take out the Gpu and unmount Cpu cooler every time I clean my pc.

Is that too much? Will the pcie connector on Gpu be worn out by doing so?

Honestly I think it should be fine, at least for the GPU. 
I'm a bit more worried about the CPU cooler part, you're going to have a put new thermal paste on each time.
