How do I cancel an order from LTTStore.com

So I made an order about an hour ago at the time of making this but made a mistake. As soon as I had already clicked the button to place the order I noticed it was the wrong size. Can someone please help me with this. (I contacted support but I heard some people have not gotten a reply back, so this is just in case I don't get a reply back before it ships.)

The support will reply. It has gone to better and they will get back to all tickets. Depends on how busy they are when that happens, but usually in 3 to 7 business days.

MAaybe, maybe not. Depends how intelligent the ticket system is. If its just email folder, then it might get sent twice (wrong and correct size). If the system prioritizes emails with open order, then it might get look quicker.
