Very low FPS in LoL, AMD Ryzen 7 3800x 8 Core, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 16gb RAM

I used to get 200+ and sometimes 300+, Sometime my pc decides to go back to performing how it should, then sometimes it doesn't want do. I'm not very pc wise so if there is a discord where someone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated! I've updated my GeForce drivers and I've updated my windows.
