I currently have a GTX 1070 paired with an intel core i5 9600k (oc’d to 4.7ghz) and 16gb ddr4. My plan was to upgrade to an RTX 3070 (of course if the opportunity ever comes). But my concern is that with my current parts, will an RTX 3070 make a big difference from a 3060 ti or a even a 3060? I want to make sure I’m putting money into the right parts of my PC and feel like a 3070 might get heavily bottlenecked by my setup.

Depends on the resolution when it comes to gaming

In Premier, it depends on the processes you're using, but the 9600 would do a good enough job
