Thank you all for your help my bios had alot diables by default i searched them up and enabled them

I have the non-k version of this cpu, what concerns me is your Core VID 2.232V...

your hyperthreading is on, but since you have 2 cores active, it doesnt look like multi-processor is disabled... the only thing i can think is either a hacked chip, like those 1TB usb sticks you see, OR a windows/config setting thats got you stick on 2 cores

turns out i didnt read, youve sorted it. sounds like it was a windows/config issue
