is my gtx 680 4gb bottleneck to athlon 200ge? i got m.2 ssd and 16gb ram thank you for the answers.

Considering these, the CPU and GPU would be the "bottlenecks"

Yep, for CS:GO there is certainly a lack of CPU power.

Out of the two, I'd say the CPU is the biggest bottleneck but that's a little like asking whether it's worse to have a broken leg or a broken foot.

I would say that 80-120fps on CSGO with a GTX 680 and 200GE is pretty good....
