60 Hz vs 60 Hz (Interlaced)?

My display settings in Windows 10 give me the option to choose a refresh rate of 60 Hz (Interlaced) or just 60 Hz, which one should I choose?

The normal one, not interlaced.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

Interlaced means that every other line of pixels refreshes every other cicle. So you don't want interlaced, just normal 60
