I have a reference 780Ti oveclocked to 1250MHz with he standard 3b of VRAM. Will it be enough to play Bf4 max settings @60fps?

Yes, you should be able to get 60 fps max settings, if not turn AA down and maybe to GTX 780ti SLI

if u bring AA a bit then you should be fine

You will be fine - His GTX 780 TI is running the same clocks and you have a better CPU.

You will be more than fine. I can play at about 60FPS on ultra with 2x AA on a 780.

Yea it will most of time, but there are some times when frames drop. Like literally in certain spots it goes from like 75 down to 45 even if I'm the only one on a server....
