I was playing (or merely just making sounds) my guitar and then I realized I haven't checked my email today.

So I did, turns out my support ticket for getting a lost car back was closed; because I haven't replied to them in 7 days. I mean... what... What am I going to say? "Yo dawg, id like my car back?"

 

This has been going on for around 5 months now, and the problem still hasn't gotten resolved.

 

Now I know this is a big fuss over a virtual item in a game, but I wish I could expect better customer service.

I have never really had crummy customer service experiences, so I will recount the good ones.

 

My 64GB SanDisk SSD died. I contact SanDisk. The SSD to replace it was out of stock, so they sent a SanDisk Extreme instead, and it was a 120GB. A week later, a 64GB Ultra Plus appeared on my porch as well.

 

My Logitech UE Boombox died, I contacted Logitech. They sent me a new one and let me keep the old one, which began working again.

One thing I hated when buying a console game in the UK, The GAME store had a returns policy in which the game must be returned within 30 days in its original packaging..... this includes the plastic wrapper that you need to take off to try the game.... AUIEFHNJAD.
