Has anyone faced this issue? Controller inputs stop registering.

Playing on windows. This happens randomly, although I found that the most consistent way to reproduce this result, is to press the jump button in a timely manner. This issue will likely to come up again short after, but it can happen randomly mid combat too. Just to clarify as well, no background apps is open during this filming, only the game.

 

- I dont think this is a controller issue, as wired has no problems. Only happens on bluetooth.
- also not a game issue, as it happened on both Cyberpunk and Genshin Impact. (Both in windowed, and fullscreen) 
- tried uninstalling xbox game bar, making sure steam was not running, etc.

- Turning off usb power savings. 
- tried using programs like joy2key, to see if I can force the controller to stay "awake".
- the only fix I can find right now is to alt-tab from the game, back into the same game. Reconnect the bluetooth dongle, or play it wired(which kinda defeats the purpose of buying this controller)

 

I dont think I ever encountered this issue on a wireless controller, with those wireless dongle usb things.

 

Tried searching the internet for answers, but despite this topic being brought up in various forums, there has been no fix.

 

Additional info: i tried turbo mode on the jump button. It will still show the same issue, but the LED will blink rapidly non-stop, untill I alt-tab. Maybe whatever driver is being used on the game hanged for some reason? I have no idea. But maybe someone else more knowledgeable will know.

You didn't mention what CPU.
