YouTube comment reply

So I commented on the Mine crypto before it's too late video and at first it showed as the channel itself replied to my comment. But the next day it showed somebody else commented. Everyday the person who replied to my comment kept changing. Even today it's another guy

Because they are bots who change their names and/or new bots under different accounts replying over and over again to shovel their scams all over the place.

But first it showed the channel name and logo. How's that possible

You can EASILY fake that stuff, there are plenty of fake checkmark comment bots that make it look close enough to try and fool people.

Well, now I know I was scammed. I was very excited to see the channel's reply at first. Anyway thanks for the info

I really hope you didn't download anything or go to any links and input passwords or other information from the comment.

No. But they gave me a whatsapp number. But I did not fall for it. I'll try and get some info about that number.

I reported it. And I still wonder how it shows my comment as highlighted comment. But I check from another Google account and it's not highlighted. I reported all the comments and one of them is not going. I tried again and again, still not going

Highlighted comment is when you select in the upper pop-up window
