PSUs are not designed to have the power cut to them all the time. If you do, they will drain and have to recharge the bulk capacitors, which will damage the PSU over time. So just keep it plugged in and powered on while you're cleaning, it's fine.

I understand, but i turn everything off. After i make sure they are all off then i switch my PSU  off and move my pc somewhere else until i clean teh desk!

P.S: I have a very shitty desk at the moment and it would be hard and messy to clean it with my pc on top of the desk.
