How can you install USB 3.0 drivers in a Windows 7 PC?

A work critical pc's parts has died and needed replacement, I swapped over almost everything except the hard drive because it has the installs of important programs and databases within it so a reinstall of windows 7 with USB 3.0 drivers baked in is out of the question. Though thru an USB to PS/2 adapted I have gained keyboard input. How can I get this computer up and running from this state?

 

Any points to the right direction will be appreciated!

Go to the motherboard manufacturers page, find your motherboard, download its drivers.
