Could I use a gpu with this motherboard?

I think it has a 16x slot but I am wondering If I could actually use a gpu with this board.

Yes, it has PCIe x16, so itll work totally fine. Don't throw toooo much GPU at it, as there is no CPU that will work on that mobo that would be able to not bottle neck anything beyond a ~1060 without bottlenecking it, just as a sort of random assumption.
