Windows being weird

I get this frequently with the start menu, effectively makes turning the pc off a game of roulette, no clue what causes it; tried replugging all my peripherals...nothing. Windows being windows I've settled on 🤷‍♂️

Tab key is being pressed, either by your keyboard (stuck key) or keyboard driver or another software who is sending the key press.
