I need a LAN cable to hook up to my pc? What do I get? What are the router to pc connection  cables called?

Ethernet cable cat 5e is what ya need /or 6A as @fuzz0rmentioned

Asus Dual GTX 1060 3GB. Used maximum 4 months total. Looks like new. Card never opened. Give me a price.

Typically they are called "ethernet cables". They have two RJ-45 connectors on either side and come in different categories.

Most like you'll run into CAT5E, CAT6, CAT6A or CAT7.

The difference between these cable standard is the speed they can achieve over a certain length.

 

Do you for example need 10 gigabit? (If you don't know, you likely don't, because 10Gb equipment is so expensive, most people won't have it now).

What length of cable do you need? Will the cable be run inside or outside? Through a wall next to electricity?
