Help needed, new cooler but louder and higher temps

So I went from a 212 RGB to a Coolermaster v2 240L RGB and my temps before were 36c at idle with pretty much inaudible with my headphones on, now it is about 40-45c and is louder and I have it at all the same fan settings no clue what to do

check the mounting, sometimes if the mounting isnt done well te cpu wont get the cooling it needs, so the water wont be able to cool it if its not on the cpu with some pressure

turn your pump to full bore, the pump should always be at full bore.

It’s at 4.2ghz all cores with 1.1V is this a problem

It will either be in BIOS or in cooler master software.
