The only "upgrade" is something like an FX 8350, but with how old the CPU is, it may not offer any meaningful benefit in the games you play.

 

Your motherboard doesn't even have a VRM heat sink so stepping up the core count on a very power hungry generation is also not ideal.

im currently using a AMD FX 6350 but looking to upgrade due to it struggling to run some newer games, i am currently using a N68-GS4 FX R2.0 im not sure what compatible with this motherboard, im using a GTX 1050ti which is working good for at the moment as well as 16gb so in theory its just CPU but ive had a look and cant find any CPU's that are loads better than my current if there is any please reply with them or will i need to upgrade my motherboard?

Don't bother. If you want more performance, move to a different platform.

Or, knowing AMD, can potentially cause fires.

This. It wouldn't be wise to put any of the higher-end FX chips on that board and performance would still be bad. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
