Look at the processes like the others said. Also something is using almost 12 GB of your RAM as well. Something that eats my CPU/RAM usage can be tons of tabs open in my browser while looking at 4k or 8k videos on YouTube for example.

If it's just your browser, then it is likely that you have a malicious extension cryptomining running in the background, or a website that you visit is a bad one that runs a script to mine while it is open (and potentially even after you leave it).
 

I suggest that you reset your browser

If it's chrome https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en

If it's another browser... Just google " YourBrowser reset user profile" or something similar to find a guide on how to.

 

Make sure to Export your bookmarks before doing that, unless they are saved in the cloud on your google account or something.

Please post your processes tab, ordered either by RAM usage (which is more stable) or by CPU usage. If you don't, we are unable to help. And declining to provide more information which could help us to help you makes this thread pointless.
