After i took out and put back in the RAM, My dell pc power button blinks yellow when i connect it.

ram is not seated correctly or you broke something? It is not that hard to break something on the ram or the motherboard since they do not have a heatsink. but unlikely.
they have to be seated wrong. also cmos reset can help
