Whenever i change BIOS settings it doesnt let me load into windows and disables keyboard and mouse

Hey 

Whenever i change my BIOS settings and restart my computer it says insert a windows thing (even though windows is loaded) and it disables my keyboard and mouse how can i fix it? ik a temporary one. If you know a a fix please tell me. thx

It is on the correct boot device i figured out it cant be that because why would it not let me use my mouse and keyboard
