ASUS GeForce RTX 3070 TUF OC

Hey!
Just got my new pc, with an Geforce RTX 3070 TUF OC card, and i only now found out it needed 750 w.
And i got 650 w.
will there be a problem and if what so?
got my pc 1 week ago today...
plz help a noobie 
UPTATE!
I have noe contacted the place where i bought my pc from, they have made an huge mistake on their part and sold 15 pc's with the wrong psu. so they will send me an 750 w for free!

What PSU is it? What are the specs of your system apart from GPU. 650 watts may be enough.

650w is advertised to be fine with the 3070, found that was a bit of a lie as I had  acouple of system shutofs with very demanding games, at the time cyberpunk 2077. and my system isn't even that demanding power wise I would go with 750 w to be safe.
