How to view full log/list of files modified/written by any installer? Win10

Hi there,
I was wondering if there's a way to check what files an installer creates ( similar to what VirusTotal shows in Behavior tab ).
Also would it be possible to do same with registry?

Reason: Simply want to completely wipe out some apps.
I know there's Revo Uninstaller for example, but most of the time it selects unrelated softwares/registry files which can mess some stuff for me.
