M2 and Motherboard Compatibility

Hello!
I was wondering if my motherboard supports the SSD I am going to buy - Kingston A2000.
My motherboard is MSI B450M Bazooka V2.
When I go in Compatibility-Storage and when I search the model of the SSD, it says "empty". Does that mean that the SSD won't be detected by the motherboard?

It supports it, it's an NVME drive. It will work at x4 (full speed) or x2 (half speed) depending on which CPU you have installed.

Yes, the B450M Bazooka V2 will work with the A2000.

The CPU is a Ryzen 5 1600 (14nm)

There is another problem, though. My GPU is a dual-slot one. And I will have to remove it so I can mount the SSD. The problem is about heat. Will it heat up a lot? The GPU is a Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 1660 OC and the fans of the GPU will be just above the M2.

Yeah, that's what I thought, but I kinda wanted to be sure. That's why I made a topic here.

Yep, as @Benjisaid above. 

 

My m.2 drive in my desktop sits just above my GPU, but I have excellent airflow in my case. My m.2 drive usually sits around 36/37C same as my mobo/case temp.
