Switch pro and dual shock 4 bluetooth controller issues

So recently, I got a bluetooth adapter for my pc, and wanted to use some controllers wirelessly. First, I tried the switch pro controller, which connects normally, but seems to have massive input lag, and reads stick movements oddly. Changing any of the steam settings for the controller doesn't seem to help at all. 

 

Another issue with bluetooth controllers I have is with connecting my dualshock 4 controller to my pc. This is an even worse issue. I am able to connect it, windows recognizes it, but steam doesn't, and neither does ds4windows. I have no idea how to fix this.

 

So, if anyone knows how to fix either of these issues, I would much appreciate it.

Link to adapter you got? They aren't all equal, so you might have old version of BT or its just bad quality.
