I'm having trouble between choosing two graphics cards, and I was wondering if anyone could help.

Option 1: MSI Gaming X - GTX 1660 Ti. Core clock - 1500 MHz. Boost Clock - 1875 MHz

Option 2: Gigabyte OC - RTX 2060. Core Clock 1365 MHz. Boost Clock - 1755 MHz

Thanks!

Ignore the boost/core clocks to compare these two graphics cards. That is an irrelevant spec when comparing two different GPU's.

The RTX 2060 GPU is stronger than the 1660 Ti GPU. Assuming they're equal in price, the 2060 will give better performance.

2060 - 14Ghz mem speed, 192-bit interface width, 336 GB/sec bandwith

1660Ti - 12Ghz mem speed, 192-bit interface width, 288 Gb/sec bandwidth

2060 all the way, short of either being a stop-gap, and the 1660Ti being cheaper.

Go for 1660ti if you are playing in 1080p without RTX. Go for 2060 if you play in1440p.
