I need help with my pc

hi lemme start off i just rebuilt my pc i have a 2070 i5 9600k and a asus prme z390 a it worked fine performace wise on my old pc but now its really bad i installed all drivers and its still dosent work im getting around 30 to 60 fps on rust and on my old old pc i was getting 60 to 80 on a r5 1600 and rx 580 and on valorant i have been getting under 144 fps i checked thermals and everyhthing is applied good my usual temp while playing games is 40 degrees celcius and idle like 15 to 30 i really need help with this i also tried overlclocking and i didn't really help that much i just reaaly need help please and thank you

Check your Task Manager. What is keeping your system busy and what components does it affect? Maybe there are some Windows updates running in the background, maybe some software is faulty and causes overuse of resources. Really can only guess with the info you provided
