Thermal pad on Scei chip and hdmi chip.

Hi there, I want to cool my ps4 pro and was wondering if adding a thermal pad on my Scei chip and Hdmi chip would harm or help? Also, if I added a hole above my fan and put in a screen, also add a hole on the bottom and installed a small 2000 rpm USB Fan with screen, will that improve air flow?
