Seasonic KM3 PSU. IIRC the popular version is the 850w and 750w version. I think the higher watt skus might have the fanless feature, but I'm not too sure.

Buy a hybrid PSU that is over capacity for your system, the fan will remain off the majority of the time.

Basically the Seasonic, CM V power, XFX Pro black, (and I'm not too sure but the AX might have it)

RM series is ok but not the best quality out there.

Error: 410

This is probably the closest still safe version of a fanless PSU. It literally won't spin until it's at 40% or so of its capacity. I bought a 750W model for my build and I use so little of that that it just won't ever spin. Corsair even includes warnings to let you know that it's ok if your PSU fan is not spinning, it doesn't mean it's not working it's just meant to be that quiet.

Also I believe Corsair's top of the line AX series added a similar fan and fan control to their models after the RM series came out.

A lot of people are scared of fanless PSUs because they're afraid of overheating, but that's usually not an issue, particularly with 80+ Platinum PSUs. Still, I'd recommend looking for a PSU that has its fan turn on automatically when it hits a certain temperature or power draw.
