Can't recommend PIA...

I was in the market for a VPN and I decided to try PIA based on LTT's sponsorship. I remembered Linus and James saying "Try it today for 30 days risk free". Well I got it with the intent of getting around Netflix geo restrictions which I did not know before hand it does not do. So not more than 30 minutes later I sent in a request for a refund. 10 days go by and I get no response. So I sent in another refund request and 10 days later still no response. I went to Paypal's website and got PIA's email to contact them directly without having to use their form. It is now 10 days later and I still have heard nothing from them and nothing has been refunded. I am now going to have to go through the hassle of going through Paypal to get my money back.

 

I'll get my money back and I know LTT has nothing to do with this. But to say this won't influence my decision making in the future if I'm ever in the market for anything else LTT sponsors, I'm going to think twice and research elsewhere before committing. Just wanted to share my story.

Unfortunately, Netflix has gotten wise to this and I don't know any VPN that has gotten around this.
