Should i upgrade cpu or gpu first?

I found my PC from 3-4 years with i5 3470 and i want to upgrade my PC. On my mind I think to buy Between cpu i7 3770k or gpu rx 580 8gb. So which one I should upgrade first? If i change the gpu first, how much the bottleneck from the i5? Keep in mind that I don't want to change my mobo because it still looking good

RX580 8gb is ridiculously expensive right now.

Get the 4gb instead. USED not NEW.

If i get the 4gb, will it effect the fps? Or it has same fps with 8gb?

No. Not really, if you play 1080p games it would not make much difference.

You wanna buy RX580 for $300, go ahead. Me personally won't pay more than $150 for a 4 year old gpu.
