My pc keeps shutting completely off and idk why

My pc keeps crashing when trying to run any heavy loading game. not just the game but the whole pc shuts down. I havent had this problem at all till yesterday and i havent downloaded anything new and all my dirvers are up to date. My pc is not overclocked and here are the specs.

  1. Cpu: ryzen 5 1600
  2. gpu: msi geforce rtx 2060 super gaming
  3. memory: viper 3200 2x4gb ddr4
  4. asus motherboard tuf b450 plus
  5. power supply: corsair 750W non modular

I just need some ideas of why casue everything i have read online has got me nothing but more frustrated

nope, not after i turn it back on either its like a power outage but only for my computer

like unplug it and make sure there is no damage on it?

I did that, or do you mane like unplug all my hardware from the powersupply and then plug it back in
