3070 underperforming

Hey! My 3070 is really bad

 

I have a Gigabyte 3070 eagle oc editon

A Ryzen 7 3800x

Corsair vengeance 16 gb 3200mhz

700w powersupply

im just getting around 50-70 fps on rdr2 and gta

Any answers?

what PSU specifically? Old drivers uninstalled with DDU? GPU temps?

Maybe cleaning up the driver with DDU and reinstalling could help. It did fix some issues I had after going from my 1070 to my 3070
