ASUS ROG Zephyrus S17 GX701LWS-XS76 which memory?

Hello

 

So the other day i purchased the ASUS ROG Zephyrus S17 GX701LWS-XS76, it comes whit 16 gb of ddr4, the seller tells me that i have 1 memory slot for addinional ram and i want to max it out, so what i wanna ask is, which memory shall i purchase, since it has some memory internally that will not cause trouble should i keep in mind the frecuency of the internal one before i make my purchase?? or i can buy top frecuency one?

 

Seller also tells me i can add a second nvme hdd is this true?
