Printer Printing Half Images from my PC

So I wanted to Print some pictures but my PC Print half images. I am pretty sure that my PC is at fault because I switch printers and the problem still persists however those same Printers managed to print just fine on my laptop.


To further add to this, the first printer I tried this was on a old dumb laserjet printer connected thru USB and the second printer was a relatively new HP wireless printer and I tried printing thru it over WiFi but nothing changed.
 

I tried updating drivers and windows but all of the stuff seemed to be upto date, I tried printing thru Windows built in Printer software and didn't use any 3rd party software.

My windows is currently on WIn 10 Pro N 20H2 Update.

Please help me out with this.
