Need to double click to go somewhere

Browser, version and OS: 

Chrome, iOS latest

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

Try to like click a notification or enter a topic you need to click twice

 

What happened?

 

I need to double click

What did you expect to happen?

I except needing just one click

If it's a cloudflare error, what was the ray ID from the bottom of the error page?

I can already say this is browser/mobile OS combination issue. I don't have same on Android/Firefox.

Yeah I think this is an iOS issue tbh becase looking around some other sites have it
