Windows 10 Key Not Being Detected

Reddox

Hi guys, after having some unexplainable problems with my PC, I decided to reset using the windows options.

Everything is working fine again, exept that my windows key is not being detected anymore, even though the new version of the PC shows up correctly on my Microsoft Account.
BTW, this PC came with a pre-installed Windows. I have factory-reseted it multiple times and never ran into those issues.

DO you know a way to fix this ?

It's possible the windows key is broken, maybe you could try plugging in an external keyboard and see if that works.

Oh yeah, you might need to call Microsoft. Did you have your activation key linked with your Microsoft account?
