Dell XPS 15 (9550) Underperforming

Idk why and how to fix this but my processor i7 6700HQ is under performing (66% avg) mine 35%, 
GTX960m (18% avg) 20.3% mine which is surprising
Samsung Nvme 512GB (202% avg) mine 105%
Samsung 16GB DDR4 Ram (42% avg) mine 38.2%.
Everything is under performing except graphics card, any idea how to fix it? Thanks
