Can gpu power draw can cause system reboot?

ObiWonKenOB

Hello ,

My system specs are:

Ryzen 5 3500

16gb ram

Inno3d Rtx 2060(boost clock of 1880mhz)

Corsair 550watts psu

I was playing cod mw 2019, and gpu frequency was 1890mhz. And Temps are 76 degrees c for gpu and 70 degree c for cpu. But suddenly my pc restarted. What could be the cause? Is my gpu taking more power than 550w? Or what could have caused this issue? Is there anyway we can find the crash log?

Yes any massive power draw can restart your PC. For logs try the event viewer
