i think bitcoin miners have a right to buy these new cards but some of them were the ones who bought more than 1 when the limit was 1 per person using bots

You can buy them in bulk if you order them from a distributor. You may even have to get more than a 100 or a 1000 cards, basically whatever a pallet full of cards is these days. Not that hard to do if you can afford the upfront investment. I can get them at near retail prices if I order 1000 units, pay upfront and have them delivered my in 2 to 3 weeks by Air. 

 

I don't do bitcoin crap though and my company power bill high enough as it is.
