Sound from just an year old laptop's harddrive.

Recently while working on my  laptop in a quite place, I heard  sound from its hard drive which I think is not good sign 

but my laptop is just one and half year old then why is it happening ?

What kind of sound,repeated clicking, grinding, etc?

If you judge a fish based on its ability to climb trees it will go its whole life thinking its a failure.

I don't know how to explain that sound but itsy repeating, countinous sound.
