First off, looking at the specs I assume this is a pre-built computer right? Wich means it probably has the stock cooler on the APU and almost no airflow... You could overclock it, but it's a bit tricky because it an APU (CPU and GPU mixed together). It's the same physical part and might overheat faster if you overclock any of the CPU or GPU part. Also, APUs are not super performant so you might not see a big difference in overclocks. I'm even surprised a modenr PC cans till run on 4 GB of RAM. And now reading @jaslionpost, i relaise it'a laptop (stupid me). Don't even try to overclock. More chances to fry something.

That apu has a hard wattage lock so if you oc one part the other slows down. Either way this is an extremely low end apu based on a very old architecture that was just slow back when it came out. What are you expecting to gain? Better performance won't happen due to the wattage cap that and this is literally a very basic office laptop not meant for anything else.
