Depending on what  are you going for a sleek elegant look? Define r4  A gaming look? H440.

Both really good, Get what you think looks better, Take into account that A LOT of people have the R4. Not very unique at this point :P

I just bought the R4 yesterday and my only complaints are the fan mount on the side panel, it just hate when manufacturers put fan mounts on side panels, it just looks SOOO ugly!

I like the H440, but I also dig the R4, it's very sleek.

Then get the windowed version? Don't buy things that are ugly.

I have the R4 which is p nice but I'd swap it for a h440 if I could.

 

My issues with the R4: 

HDD cage vibrations are not so good compared to other high end cases.

front of the case by default doesn't support 280 rads despite it being able to fit it.

SSD mounting to the back of the case (you can mount beside in the HDD cages too ofc) involve removing your motherboard).

Case is quite heavy.

Intake fan grill (?) vibrates a little bit.

 

Bear in mind I have sensitive hearing + my pc's really close to me + the side panels off most of the time :).
