Lian Li O11 Dynamic 9 fan setup

SilentThreat

Having some problems here guys. I recently changed my cooler to the H150i Capellix and the way it hooks into the commander core is giving me some issues. I used the diagram I found on this forum but when I download lighting setups from icue they don't work right. Maybe it's software?

I highlighted one specific part on the diagram I dont understand. Coming from the Commander core I run it to the USB header on the mobo but both USB are open on the commander pro. Is that right? I can provide pictures of my messy cable setup of needed but I'm obviously missing something.

I have...

6 QL 120 fans connected to the commander Core. Both lighting and fans.

3 QL 120 connected to commander commander pro with the lighting going to the lighting node. I have the node plugged into the pro as well.

Just isn't working right. Should something be plugged into one of the USB spots in the commander pro?

I know this is probably confusing. Just can't figure it out. Only way I can get the lighting to work right is to just use the auto lighting. Very frustrating because it worked fine before I got the capellix.

The commander pro should be hooked up to a USB port on your motherboard, then the lighting node would go to a usb port on the commander pro.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

I hooked it up like that and my Capellix cooler isn't showing up in iCue anymore now.

I put it back how it was and now the cooler won't even show up in icue. What in the world?!

Okay guys I've fixed the issue where the cooler wasn't showing up in icue. But I'm still having issues. I'm going through the commander pro now but the fans on my radiator and the pump light isn't syncing with the other 6 fans and and RAM. This stuff is so irritating.
